Pam was simply outstanding and never stopped till we found what we really wanted. So professional yet she really gets to know you personally and sincerely cares about you loving your next purchase. We were considering selling our home of 26 years. The market was up, and we were curious about what kind of sale we could make. We met with Pam (we've known her socially- it's a small town here, and she's known for her strength in Real Estate sales) and were impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of our block, neighborhood and town. She did some research, and suggested a sale price that we agreed would be fair. Pam did a great job marketing our home and showing it to qualified buyers who were looking for a home like ours. We were concerned about having many strangers (COVID-19 times) traipsing through our home for a look around. We felt confident about the security of our home, and it was being shown to serious buyers. She made a perfect match. During the contract phase, Pam kept the process moving and on schedule for a mutually agreed closing date. She was responsive to all parties, and there were no surprises or difficulties. I credit this to Pam's extensive knowledge of real estate sales, and extraordinary ability to connect Buyers and Sellers. Pam is confident, calm and low-key. She listens to you carefully and provides the information you need to make an informed decision. Pam does her job incredibly well, and we are grateful to her for a successful sale.
